A week sailing through Brittany’s iconic islands. At times braving intense winds, or rocking through gentle waves, experiencing all seasons in an hour, & discovering little pieces of paradise.
The making of Sheep Milk Butter in the land of olive oil. In the rolling hills of Sicily, in an old stone farmhouse, the Anna Tasca Lanza team is innovating and making unique butter. Working with the local shepherd, they gather excess sheep milk, transform the delicacy into heavy cream and batter it until it becomes a smooth butter stick. Best enjoyed with the in-house baked sourdough bread!
Nazaré, Portugal. Time slows down, discovering the town’s surrounding wild beaches, watching world famous waves crash against the rocks, and meeting the off-season crowds. Blue and orange hues mixing to perfection as the sun set in September.
